Motocross and enduro radiators - aluminum heat sinks, covers and kits

( number of products: 148 )

How to find out if I have a defective water cooler on my motorcycle?

This is one of the most common questions we face. The main symptoms of damagewater coolerare, for example, escaping coolant, engine overheating, reduced engine power, visible leaks, corrosion on the radiator, visible deposits in the coolant, and the most trivial, i.e., an illuminated warning light or indicator.

Motorcycle radiator or is it really necessary?

Well, the motorcycle radiator is primarily responsible for effectively regulating the temperature in the motorcycle engine. Thanks to its shape and the use of coolant, it allows the motorcycle to effectively remove excess heat from the motorcycle.

Due to its location motorcycle radiators are unfortunately very vulnerable to damage when traversing heavy, rocky terrain.

Due to its shape and structure, a mechanically damaged water cooler is generally only suitable for discarding.

Unfortunately, damage can result not only from hitting hard rocks, tipping or other mishaps.

If you don't take care of the pressure in the cooling system, pouring less or too much coolant then excessive pressure can build up, which can burst the radiator tubing.

In addition, the water cooler can be damaged or clogged by using the wrong coolant. Therefore, we only use coolant dedicated to motorcycles for the water cooler in the motorcycle.

So how to check the coolant level in the water cooler?

Make sure the radiator and engine are cool - this will prevent accidental burns. On the side of the motorcycle you will find the coolant reservoir, and it is on this reservoir that you should find the "Low" or "Full" indicators. The amount of coolant should be between these dashes. There should not be too little or too much of it.

Radiator covers or worth it?

Definitely yes. You can invest metal or plastic covers. The plastic ones will be lighter, but, unfortunately, a little less resistant to hard knocks against stones, for example.

In addition, you can effectively protect the radiator from mud with specialnylon shields for Twin Air brand radiators that prevent mud from sticking to the radiator and clogging its ducts.

We offer several different radiator manufacturers such as Nachman Psychic and JMT, for example.

We have water coolers dedicated to top motorcycles such as Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, KTM, Kawasaki, Gas Gas, Sherco and many, many more.

Remember that you can buy radiators by the piece, you do not have to buy immediatelyright andleft cooler.

You can also findpsychic coolers with increased capacity, which guarantee more effective engine cooling, even in extreme conditions.

The motocross or enduro radiator is the heart of the cooling system - it is responsible for maintaining the proper engine temperature even in the most demanding conditions. During competitions, riding in mud or long climbs in hard enduro, the engine temperature rises rapidly. Therefore, a solid, efficient aluminum radiator is the absolute basis for the motorcycle's reliability. At Bajamoto you will findradiators for KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Suzuki motorcycles - from OEM to tuning, reinforced racing structures.

Types of radiators in the Bajamoto offer

  • OEM Replacement radiators – factory replacements with identical dimensions and performance
  • Reinforced aluminum radiators – CNC welded, with enlarged heat dissipation surface
  • Racing radiators – light and efficient radiators for motocross
  • Radiator sets – left/right radiator set with cap and mountings
  • Radiators with protection – ready-made FM-Parts and Polisport sets to protect against stones and the motorcycle falling over.

Why is it worth replacing the radiator?

Radiators in offroad motorcycles are often damaged - from stones, falls and vibrations. Bent fins or a leak can quickly cause the engine to overheat. The new radiator not only guarantees cooling, but also engine safety and confidence during competitions.

  • improving cooling efficiency and fluid circulation,
  • lower engine operating temperature,
  • greater impact resistance,
  • easier installation of the fan or cover,
  • longer seal and piston life.

Best radiator brands for motocross and enduro

  • FM-Parts – reinforced radiators, radiator covers and hard enduro cooling kits,
  • Polisport – OEM Replacement radiators and durable radiator covers,
  • Mishimoto – radiators with increased capacity and flow,
  • All Balls – solid replacement coolers with perfect fit
  • Samco Sport – silicone radiator hoses and supplementary kits
  • Apico – light aluminum radiators with an anodized finish.

How to choose a radiator for a motorcycle?

At Bajamoto each motocross or enduro radiator has a compatibility description - e.g. FM-Parts Radiator KTM EXC-F 250–500 2017–2024 or All Balls Radiator Honda CRF 250R 2015–2023. Thanks to this, you will choose a radiator that fits perfectly - without any modifications or fiddling with mountings.

How to protect the radiator?

The most common causes of damage are motorcycle impacts and overturns. Therefore, it is worth installing radiator covers from FM-Parts or Polisport. They are light, made of aluminum or HDPE and do not restrict air flow, but can save the radiator from serious damage.

Choose proven cooling from Bajamoto

Choose radiators that really work - from FM-Parts for hard enduro fans, to Mishimoto and All Balls for motocross. Keep your engine temperature stable and confident on every lap. Because offroading is not only about power, but also durability - and this starts with the radiator.
