Return Policy
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us immediately after submitting your withdrawal from the contract (no later than within 14 days).
Please remember that the returned product must be:
- New – it must have all original tags attached, show no damage, no signs of installation, and no signs of use beyond checking its properties. In the case of clothing, it must not carry any odors suggesting use inconsistent with the law.
- In its original packaging – please return the product in its original packaging, regardless of whether it was packed in a cardboard box (e.g. Polisport guards), additional foil packaging (e.g. clothing or plastic parts), or additional plastic packaging (e.g. All Balls kits).
- Safely packed – you are responsible for any damage occurring during transport. Safe packaging means using additional protective foil wrapped around the entire product or placing the product inside an additional cardboard box. Do not attach labels, tape, or any other elements directly to the original packaging, as this may damage it.
- Accompanied by a return form generated online and printed, which must be enclosed in the parcel (we explain how to do this below). This allows us to process the return faster, as it helps us easily identify the sender.
How to generate a return in the store?
- Log in to your account and select the product you wish to return in the returns panel;
- In the next steps, select the return option and choose the form in which you would like to receive the refund;
- Generate the return documents, then print them and make sure to sign the return form;
- Place the packed product together with the return document into a shipping box and seal it securely. You may use the box in which you received the ordered goods, provided it is suitable for reuse. Send the parcel to our company address:

- The refund, in the form selected in the return process, will be made within 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In most cases, this process is completed sooner. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of dispatch.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit this right in any way.
Can I send a return as cash on delivery (COD)?
No returns sent as cash on delivery will be accepted. We do not process returns sent in this way, so any COD shipment will be returned to the sender.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. You may exchange any product purchased in our store. Please note, however, that in the case of an exchange, you will be required to cover the delivery costs of the new product.
How will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued according to your preferences specified in the return form. In most cases, refunds are made using the same payment method that you selected when placing your order.
If you placed an order with cash on delivery, please remember to provide your bank account number in the electronic return form so that we can refund the funds.
How will I receive a refund if I paid with a gift card?
If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited to your customer balance and can be used for future purchases.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be approved within 14 days from the date on which the returned goods are received and the correctness of the return is verified. This will not occur earlier than the moment the shipment reaches us via the carrier selected by you.
