How to return product - 5 easy steps!

1. Log in to your account, then in the returns panel select the goods you would like to return;
2. Generate the return documents, then print them out and be sure to sign the return document;
3. Put the packed goods together with the return document into the cardboard box for shipping and seal it well. Remember to pack the returned goods carefully so that they are not damaged in transit. Send the return to us using the courier service of your choice.
4. We will refund your money, in the form selected in the return wizard, within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, it usually takes less than this. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item or until you have provided proof of its return.
5. The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
