Motocross and enduro tires and tubes - grip, traction and confidence on any terrain
( number of products: 511 )Tires & Tubes is where you set up real traction and reliability for MX/off-road riding. We stock off-road tires and inner tubes that help you hook up in loose sand, hardpack, mud, and rocks, while reducing flats, pinch punctures, and unstable handling at speed. A fresh tire setup also makes your bike feel lighter and more precise in ruts and braking bumps, so you can ride longer with less fighting the front end.
When choosing, start with fit and compatibility: wheel size (front/rear), tire width, and whether you’re running a tube-type rim or a tube inside a tubeless-rated tire. Next, match the tread and rubber compound to your terrain—soft terrain knobs for sand and mud, intermediate for mixed trails, harder compounds for rocky or abrasive ground. Consider tube type and thickness: standard tubes save weight, heavy-duty tubes add puncture resistance, and ultra heavy-duty helps for rocky enduro but can feel less compliant. Finally, think about pressure and maintenance: correct PSI, good rim tape, and checking spokes and rim edges all protect your tube.
Common mistakes are mounting the wrong size tube (over-stretching causes heat and failures) and running too low pressure without rim locks, which leads to pinch flats and valve stem tears. Replace tires when knobs are rounded, chunked, or the carcass is cracked, and swap tubes after multiple repairs, slow leaks, or any visible damage around the valve.
Tip: After mounting, inflate the tube slightly to seat it, then deflate and re-inflate to your target PSI—this helps prevent pinched tubes and uneven bead seating.
