Supermoto tires - precision, grip and full control in corners

( number of products: 4 )
Supermoto Tires are built for riders who mix asphalt grip with aggressive corner entries and hard braking, whether you’re commuting on a converted MX/enduro bike or chasing lap times. The right rubber fixes the usual headaches: vague front-end feel when you lean it over, and rapid wear or overheating when you ride it like you’re still in cross boots, goggles, jersey, and knee braces. Choose by fit and purpose first: match wheel size and rim width, check load/speed ratings, and confirm clearance with your forks, swingarm, and brake caliper. Then pick the compound and construction for your use—softer sport compounds for maximum edge grip and warm-up, harder compounds for mileage and heat stability. Look at tread pattern and profile: slick/low-groove for dry track feel, more siping for cold or wet street. Finally, plan maintenance: set pressures for your rider weight and pace, and keep an eye on heat cycles if you ride hard. Common mistakes are running MX pressures (too low) which makes the tire squirm and destroys the shoulders, or mounting a tire that’s too wide for the rim, flattening the profile and killing turn-in. Replace when the center is squared off, the shoulders tear or blue from heat, or the front starts pushing under braking even with correct pressure. Tip: After mounting, scrub in the first 30–50 km with gentle lean and braking to remove mold release and stabilize grip.
