When choosing a nozzle, start with fit and compatibility: match your carb model and the exact nozzle type (main nozzle, pilot/slow nozzle, needle jet, or accelerator-pump nozzle) plus the correct thread and size marking. Material and machining quality matter for stable flow and repeatable tuning, especially if you’re swapping needles or changing jets for elevation.
