Motocross and enduro switches and switches - control, safety and reliability

( number of products: 50 )
Circuit Breakers and Switches are the small electrical parts that keep an MX/off-road bike reliable when the ride gets rough. We sell resettable circuit breakers, on/off and kill switches, starter switches, and related hardware for handlebar and harness setups. They help solve dead electrics after a hit, intermittent power to lights/fans/accessories, and no-start issues caused by worn contacts, loose wiring, or moisture getting into the system. When choosing a breaker or switch, start with fit and compatibility: check your bike model/year, connector type, and whether you need bar-mount, perch-mount, or in-line wiring. Match the electrical spec to your setup—amp rating and voltage for breakers, and contact rating for switches—especially if you run a fan kit, lighting, or a roadbook setup. For off-road conditions, look for sealed housings, water and dust resistance, and a positive tactile feel you can use with gloves. Material and build quality matter too: corrosion-resistant terminals and durable housings last longer in mud, pressure-wash cycles, and vibration. Common mistakes are using an overrated breaker that won’t protect the circuit, or routing switch wires where steering or the fork can pinch them. Replace parts if the switch feels gritty, sticks, gets hot, or causes flickering power. Before blaming the switch, check battery condition, grounds, and chafed sections of the loom—most “random” cut-outs come from vibration-worn wiring. Tip: After installation, turn the bars lock-to-lock and tug the loom lightly—if the bike cuts out or the fan/light flickers, re-route and add strain relief before you ride.
